AIR AND WATER HYGIENE FIELD SALES / ACCOUNT MANAGER - KENT OFFICE

Envirocure Ltd provide Legionella control, water treatment and ventilation hygiene / duct cleaning services.

 

Based at our office in Rochester, Kent; Envirocure Ltd is looking for someone with either experience in selling to local authorities, hospitals, hotels and universities, or someone within our industry who would like to progress to account managing and field sales. Individuals with both these skill sets, or a Legionella risk assessment background would be considered particularly of interest.

 

The work will include maintaining and expanding our existing client base and bringing in new opportunities. Training and support will be given where needed by the current Rochester team, but a fundamental ability to hit the ground running is desirable.

 

The right candidate will be self-motivated but happy to work within a team, presentable in appearance and possess good written and verbal communication skills.

 

To perform the duties, it is also expected you will hold a valid drivers licence and be able to pass DBS Disclosure vetting.

 

Depending on the merits of individual candidates, the package offered is to include a car, phone and laptop, as well as a salary of between £26-30K per year and open-ended commission structure. For proven candidates these parameters may be raised.

EXPERIENCED LEGIONELLA ENGINEER - BELLSHILL OFFICE, SCOTLAND

Envirocure Ltd require an experienced Legionella engineer with knowledge and skills within the air and water hygiene industry. Basic plumbing capability is an advantage.

The right candidate should hold a current driving licence and will be provided with a company vehicle and mobile phone.

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £21,000 plus, dependent on experience

ADMIN TEAM MEMBER - BELLSHILL OFFICE, SCOTLAND

Admin person required to assist in busy local office. Duties will include typing and general clerical tasks. A knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required. Friendly communication skills required, along with an essential good telephone manner. The applicant should be able to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate should be hard working, with a high attention to detail and an ability to keep to set targets and deadlines.

The candidate will require their own transport.

Working hours: Negotiable
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

RISK ASSESSOR / SALES PERSON - BELLSHILL OFFICE, SCOTLAND

Based at our Scottish branch the work involves undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments and discussing non-compliances with clients with a view to securing the compliancy and remedial works arising from those assessments.

Salary £25,000 plus, with potential sales commission dependent on experience and capability. Good opportunity for high earnings

EXPERIENCED LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSOR - KENT OFFICE

Legionella Control Specialist Envirocure has an opening for a Legionella Risk Assessor with experience working in Hospitals, Schools, and Local Authorities. The position will be based in the Kent office. Work involves undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments and discussing non-compliances with clients with a view to securing the compliancy and remedial works arising from those assessments.

90% of Envirocure’s work is in Kent, Sussex and London.

Assessments are primarily based on ACoP L8 / BS 8580, however knowledge of HTM 04-01 will also be required.

Additional skills desirable but not essential in a candidate are client account management, and Legionella training experience in providing basic awareness training to small groups of less than 10.

Salary £24-30k, with potential sales commission for risk assessment remedial works.
