Legionella Management
Envirocure Ltd via its in-house consultancy team provide the complete
requirements of HSC ACOP L8 including Legionella Risk Assessments, on site
record Log Books, System Upgrades and Emergency Action Procedures in the event
of a positive Legionella laboratory result. Site specific regimes of these
services are currently being used in Housing Associations, Local Government and
NHS trusts.
Water Treatment
The pace of water treatment technology in maintenance procedures is a constantly
evolving process. Envirocure Ltd personnel have been influential in the shaping
of bench mark guides, such as, BSRIA AG1/2001 pre-commission cleaning of
pipework systems.
Services offered within this sector include:
- Disinfection/chlorination
- Biocide and inhibitor treatment of heating and
chilled systems
- flushing of new pipework installations.
Ventilation
Hygiene As an active member of the HVCA, Envirocure Ltd have involvement with
the ventilation hygiene steering community and have an in depth knowledge of
HVCA TR19 Guidelines with regard to hygiene in both existing and new
installations.

regard to hygiene standards
- Ventilation ductwork cleaning and the
- Fitting of access doors to DW144 standard in all locations and building types
These would
include schools, government buildings, construction sites, sheltered housing etc
and would involve supply and extract ventilation in office workspaces and
